As Operations Director Donna draws on over 20 years’ experience of IT/Software with international companies such as Documentum Europe , ADP Brokerage Information, UnumProvident and Digital Equipment Corporation (Fujitsu). As a former Quality Assurance Manager Donna ensures that our systems and quality control meet – and hopefully exceed – candidates’ and clients’ expectations. She is constantly reviewing workflow and monitoring market trends to create a seamless bridge between our technology and the services we provide. As Manager of our Recruitment Services Jean Kent is at the centre of our delivery process - managing our databases, arranging interviews, reference checking and ensuring we adhere to regulatory and quality standards. After 12 years in the RAF Jean embarked on her 11 years in recruitment- specializing in IT, Media and Defence whilst working as a partner at Ashton Kennedy recruitment and an outsourced HR coordinator at AEA in Harwell. Her UK experience is complemented by extensive knowledge of running overseas assignments. Jean’s unique blend of skills combines exceptional organisational ability, empathy and reliability – all key to the services we offer (Where “how we do it” is as important as “what we do”).
