Leading specialist Insurance services organisation are offering a unique opportunity to join a small and highly influential actuarial team that is fully integrated with all business commercial activities.

You have the opportunity to work with Pricing and Reserving assignments coupled with the develpment of new claims analysis, creating monitoring systems and providing MI, developing claims forecasting and budgeting processes and working with the business to influence and impact on a growing business.

Key accountabilities include:

• Develop and improve the reserving methodologies and drive efficiencies
• Lead the quarterly reserve review process
• Lead the analysis of claimes performance to inform business decision in the key areas of pricing, forecasting, product development and marketing
• Engagement with decision makers and effective communication of actuarial insights

Skills and experience
Candidates must be proactive, creative and a natural problem solver with highly developed interpersonal skills. Management and leadership qualities are essential along with a commercial mindset and a can-do attitude. IT Skills are vital coupled with a strong background in statistical and analytical analysis.
The ideal candidate will be part/newly qualified. Less experience candidates will be considered if possessing the required skills.
